Direct Message

Direct message is a private communication channel between the company, teacher and students.In this section the company, teachers and students can have a private conversation through messages with each other.

• Select the Direct Message section in the header

• By clicking on new button it will display a Direct Message pop up.

• In the Direct Message popup we have two check boxes in the type one is student and the other is teacher.

• By selecting student checkbox company can start conversation with student and by selecting teacher checkbox company can start conversation with teacher by sending message.

• By selecting student check box it will display two drop-down select curriculum and select class.

• After selecting the curriculum and class it will display list of students, in the list company should select a student for whom the message should be send.

• After selecting the student enter the message need to be sent in the text area provided and click on the send button, by clicking on save button the message will be sent to student.

• The message sent will be displaying in the DM section.
