Videos

Videos are the curriculum-related recorded data. Here students can view the recorded data present in the form of videos and PDF files.

Steps to watch the video :

• Click on the video section in the header, it will redirect to the videos page.

• On the videos page, there will be a list of curriculum enrolled.

• By selecting the particular course in the list it will display a list of videos added by the teacher.

• By clicking on the Video file it will display the recorded video added by the teacher.

• By clicking on the PDF file it will display the PDF file added by the teacher.

Steps to add video :

• In the video section, we can create a video by clicking on NEW button, we will get a form.

• Fill in all the fields like video type, title, course, class, description, and sort order.

• We have two types - File and video. In Video, option teacher can add video either by selecting YouTube(URL)

• By selecting Upload option(Browse file from the system).

• In File option, the teacher can upload a course-related PDF file from the system as shown

  • Schedule: Particular date and time will be given by the teacher, on that particular time and date the video will be displayed to the students.

  • Password lock: The teacher can encrypt the video using the password lock option. In order to access this encrypted video students need to enter the password given by the teacher.

• Click on the save button and added video is shown in the section.

Steps to add attachments :

A teacher can add the attachments in the video section.

• Click on the attachments tab below the video section.

• Click on the new button.

• Able to see a popup, fill all the required field, and save

• Able to see added attachment below the video.
