Class

Class is a group of students or pupils who are taught together.

In this section teacher need to create the class to assign the course and add the student to the class.

Steps to create the new class :

• Click on New button at the top right corner of the screen

• Clicking the New button it will display the add class page, here company need to fill all the data required.

• Enter the name of the class.

• Select the status of the class

• Enter the student limit, Stage 1 to a maximum of 5000 pupils.

• Expiry date: Created Class is active till the expiry date ends.

• After entering all the data click on save button

• Added class will be displaying in the class list.

After creating the class, teacher can modify the class, add the student and assign the course to the particular class.

Steps to modify the class:

• Click on Edit button present on top right of the class list

• Company or teacher can modify data present in all the fields and then click on save button.

Assign course :

Class can have multiple courses

• Click on assign course button

• Select the course from all course and click select > button to move the courses to assign courses list.

Add student:

• Click on add student button

• Select the student from all students list and click on > button to move the student to assign student list.

• Even teacher can remove the added class by clicking on the remove button.
