Tickets

A ticket is any issue raised by a customer that the company has to take care of. A customer could raise this issue through email,phone calls or chat messages.

Steps to view the Tickets:

  • Click on Tickets section in the header.

  • The tickets raised by teacher and students are displaying in this page.

  • By clicking on the view button able to view the message sent by the user.

  • Here company can view the issue details and the attachment sent by the client and can reply to the client.

  • In this page on the top right there is an archive button, by clicking on the archive button the ticket will be archived.

  • The archived tickets will be moved from open tickets to archived tickets section.

  • In archive tickets, company can not send any messages to client.
