Tickets

A ticket is an issue raised by a customer that the company has to take care of. A customer could raise this issue through email, phone calls, or chat messages.

  • Select the tickets section in the header. It will display the Tickets page.

  • On the Tickets page, it will display two tabs Open Tickets and Archive Tickets.

  • Click on the new button, it will display the new tickets popup.

  • Fill in the required details like title, message and add the attachment.

  • Click on the send button.

  • The tickets created will be displayed in the open tickets tab.

  • To view the ticket created click on the view button.

  • If the company replied to the Ticket raised by the student it will be displaying the messages area.

  • Students can also reply to the company messages in the text area provided.

  • Students can also share code and multimedia such as PDF files, videos, and image files.

  • The company can close the tickets raised by the students by archiving the tickets.

  • The tickets archived by the company are displaying in the archive tickets.

  • Students can also view the archive tickets by clicking on the view button.
