Direct Message

A direct message is a private communication channel between the company, teacher, and students. In this section, the company, teachers, and students can have a private conversation through messages with each other.

• Select the Direct Message section in the header

• By clicking on the new button it will display a Direct Message pop-up.

• In the Direct Message popup, we have two checkboxes in the type, one is school and the other is a teacher.

• By selecting the school checkbox students can start a conversation with the company.

• By selecting the teacher check box, it will display a list of teachers, in the list student should select a teacher for whom the message should be sent.

• Enter the message in the text area click on the save button.

• The message will be sent to the teacher.

• The messages will be displayed in the Direct Messages list and students can send messages.
